Seller's returns label was under weight so i bought the correct returns label but seller hasn't refu
Hi,can someone please advise me.I bought a laptop, unfortunately it was defective so I told the seller I would have to return it. Seller agreed to the return and refund, however, the post office said the sellers label was under weight and it would cost £19.55 RM special delivery as this was the only service available so I returned the laptop and notified the seller of the tracking number. Seller has refunded me less the return postage saying he/she wasn't able to find a facility to refund the cost of postage. How can I claim this amount back? Much appreciate any responses.
Thank you

Mentor11 months agoThere is no way to make seller refund this cost willingly.
You should have contacted ebay CS to get different label.
