Sellers lying

Why is it that when I have tried to order the same thing from 4 different sellers they have cancelled the orders saying I asked for cancellation but that is a lie. I have not cancelled any orders. If you don't send to guernsey just say. Don't lie and say buyer cancelled the order when actually the seller cancelled without any notification 😤

If they are priviate sellers there is a problem at the moment with ebay's new Simple Delivery system and the Channel Islands. I would think the sellers don't know how to deal with it so they cancel.

It may be to do with the fact that Evri (one of ebay's SD chosen couriers) charge Europe rates for the CIs, whereas Royal Mail charge UK rates. If you can get the sellers to opt out of Evri in their postage preferences you should be OK.

Ah ok. Thanks for the response. If they said I would gladly cover the cost of shipping. Maybe next time I order I'll say I'll cover the cost
