Sellers can’t post to our address as it’s The Old post office
Several attempts at buying recently have prompted the message, … can’t post to PO Box. We are not a PO Box . We are The Old Post office. And have been for 30 plus years. It’s only in the last three weeks this has happened.

Mentor8 months agoI've just had a look at posts about this problem in recent weeks and there's quite a number of them. All with similar addresses to yours.
As sellers can exclude PO boxes, similar sounding addresses are getting caught up in it. So a temporary solution is to ask sellers to put you on their exemption list. You can send them this direct link:

But something has happened to ebay as this has only become an issue recently so still worth asking on Wednesday if you can.

Mentor8 months agoOthers have had a similar problem. Not sure why it's an issue now but you can ask sellers to put your ID on their exemption list.
If you come back here on Wednesday at 2pm ebay staff hold a weekly, hour long Q&A session for any problems people are having. It's a good chance to ask them direct to get it investigated.
