Sellers address was incorrect
A seller informed me after purchasing from me that their address was incorrect as they had moved. The address has been changed now. However eBay postage label prints the old address. I’ve read I need to cancel the transaction- is this correct. Can anyone advise me what I need to do?

Mentor4 months agoYou must only post item to address supplied by eBay.
If you send to a different one, ebay won't help if buyer says item not received.
Better to cancel and relist.

Mentor4 months agoYes, if it's Simple Delivery that cannot be changed. You have to cancel/refund the transaction and relist for them to buy again. The alternative would be to buy and pay for your own postage outside of ebay.
