Sellers account shows 102 feedback but it's actually 20 and no %...How?
A seller since 2005 has (102) next to thier name and no percentage feedback showing. However when you click on that number it says no feedback yet but then on the pop up with his name it says 20 items sold and a feedback button. When you click on it, it shows 10 positive feedback but their feedback rating is 0 for positive, 0 for neutral and 0 for negative. What is going on here?

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedNo doubt because no recent fb. If you read what it says “last 12 months” so if no fb then % is nil.
Average for the last 12 months
If they had just one fb like you they too would have 100%

Mentor2 weeks agoYes it would. Also 120 is the total feedback as a buyer and seller, so he can sell 20 items and have a feedback score of 120.

OP2 weeks agoSo the total feedback rating is zero on their positive feedback. They have no negative or neutral feedback.
