Seller won't send my refund even though he has the returned item.
I returned an item that was the wrong measurement and also had a fake hologram tag that confirmed the item was fake. I returned the item by SPECIAL DELIVERY the day after receiving it. The item was a £70.00 Canada Goose sweatshirt and the Royal Mail has confirmed the delivery. The seller has the returned item but will not send the refund. EBAY instructions are useless. How do I get Ebay to intervene and get my money back?

By using the procedure they provide for this purpose. The seller would even have been required to pay for the return postage.
You may still be able to use it, if within the 30 day time limit (from the date of delivery). There is a link to the procedure in every listing.
I you have left it too late your payment provider may still be able to help.

Mentor1 week agoDid you open a case, in which case the buyer has three days before they have to refund, now they have the item.
