Seller won’t respond
Summary: dalu691 is experiencing issues with a seller on eBay. After purchasing an item and attempting to arrange a collection, the seller has not responded. The option to ask eBay for help is missing, and attempts to cancel the order were unsuccessful, leaving dalu691 without the item or a resolution.
Bought an item and paid for it over a week ago. Contacted the seller to arrange collection on several occasions but seller has never responded. Tried to follow instructions for eBay to step in but ask eBay to help is not an option under the more actions section like it says it should be. There was one to cancel order ao tried this. EBay declined presumably because seller hasnt responded to them either in the 3 days. Gone back to more actions and ask eBay to step in is still not an option. So eBay have my money amd I don’t have and cant replace the item I need asap

Mentor3 weeks agoYou need to wait 7 days then opn a case for item not received.
If there is no refund in 3 days, you can aske eBay to step in on day 4 escalate the case, and eBay force the refund.
Unfortunately nothing to enforce the seller to part with the item but you can receive all your money back by following the above.
