Seller won't reply regards broken item
I purchased an item in March 2025 and in December the item broke they offered a 30% refund but won't offer to refund or replace item and now after 2 months will not respond at all how can I get Ebay to get my money back the item deosn't work at all

Mentor6 months agoEbay’s money back guarantee is only 30 days, have you never read it.
Far too late to expect ebay to do anything, and you are probably out of timevfor your payment provider.
If seller was a Business Seller consult Citizens advice.
