a few months ago i purchased an electric skateboard and the description of the item said it fully worked just didn't have a charger after 24 hours of charging the skateboard didn't turn on so i tested the battery with a volt meter and it was around one volt so i messaged the seller and they said 'I don’t currently I have the money for that can we take it up with eBay themselves please they will be able to help us both' . but ebay just told me to request a refund which was denied what do i do?
