Seller won't cancel an order!!
I purchased an item in error and requested a cancellation immediately. However, the seller has refused to cancel the order and has already charged me for it. The item was 'Pick up Only' so no postage costs were involved.

Mentor3 weeks agoPretty daft of the seller not to cancel, but probably not happy with the situation. All you can do now is to wait 7 days and then open an eBay item not received claim for it.
