Mentor3 months agoI agree that your seller is messing around. All they have to do is to click on the Cancel Order button and select 'out of stock' - it's that easy.
I'd ask them to contact eBay if they're having a problem doing this and ask them to cancel it manually as out of stock.

Mentor3 months agoYour seller is talking a load of rubbish.
Its very easy for them to cancel an order ,however I suspect they are messing around as by cancelling an item/order due to out of stock they get a strike on their account from ebay.
Have you paid for the item? IF you have you will have had a estimated delivery date, the day, once that has passed open an INR do not close the case if it gets this far for any excuse.
