Seller will not help with warranty
I bought a focus bonnet lock 6th February with a 5 year warranty from goaheads_19 this has failed so I asked for another
or a refund after several messages wanting pics of the problem they will not HELP or speak to me now!
To make things worse I gave them a bad feedback that has been taken down WHY ? after being treated
like this.. how can I get help as eBay refuses to help as its over 30 days ..

Mentor2 weeks agoYou cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt. If they are not, a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, to return the item for a full refund.
You are too late to claim a refund from eBay, but can try your payment provider, most offer a 120 day buyer protection policy.
If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this, then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps, if you wish to take this further.
It would help us to know exactly what you wrote in your feedback to give you an answer why it was taken down, as there are feedback rules to follow.
Mention anything about a refund a case, or any eBay involvement are some of the
reasons a feedback can be temoved, if the seller asks.
