Seller used 'Simple Delivery programme' and says his funds are on hold

Question

I recieved the item but the delivery tracking shows that is hasnt been posted, the seller used the Simple Delivery programme (directly sent the item via the local post office because they couldnt work out the pre paid label) and says the funds will be on hold until I manually confirm delivery on ebay, i dont know if thats possible as i cannot find a 'delivery confirmed' tab

I do not think there is any provision for you to confirm receipt, seller will have to wait for release of money.

Once he has qualified money is released within 24 hours.

The tracking relates to the label which seller did not use, so will never show delivery.

Buyers can't confirm that they've received their item, so there's nothing you can do your end.

If you're happy with your order you could leave feedback, but eBay won't accept this as proof of receipt, so your sellers funds may be held for a while.

Buyers cannot confirm delivery so there's nothing you can do. They can mark dispatched by clicking on Get prepaid label > Print label for the original SD label but even without that the payment will be released after 14 days anyway.
