Seller unregistered
I bought a product from a seller in Germany, but after noticing that I am from Brazil, he apologized and said he couldn't ship to my country. I requested cancellation, but the nex day, I got a message from ebay saying that he wasn't a registered seller anymore. How can I get my money back? Talking to ebay's chatbot isn't working.

Mentor1 month agoIf the item has been removed from your purchase history list you will need to contact your payment provider and ask about a refund from them.

OP1 month agoIt hasn't been removed. The status is "cancellation requested". Will ebay cancel the order, since the seller disappeared and won't respond?

Mentor1 month agoNo, eBay won't do anything. If it's still there you will be able to open a "not received" case after the estimated deilvery date has passed, and get a full refund.
