Seller took money not item received
The seller will not respond, they are ment to be based in England what a joke ? But they are in China.. took the money no item received and ebay do zero to help. The advert says covered by ebay money back guarantee? What a joke ebay has went down hill 😳 badly

So what did you do? You do not need to contact the seller, and it does not matter whether he is in the UK or China, but YOU have to open a not received case, it is not automatic.

Mentor6 months agoWhere the seller is doesn't matter. What counts is where the item was stated to be located. This may or may not be the same as the seller's location, many sellers in China havea UK distribution address.
In any case, as this is an item that hasn't arrived the above is irrelevant. (Location only becomes an issue when an item has to be returned.)
Telling us that "ebay do zero to help" doesn't give us enough information to help. Is the item overdue for delivery? If it's past the latest estimated delivery date you can open a case under the money back guarantee. If you have already done this, you proably need to escalate it (after three working days) for eBay to step in.
If you would please explain exactly what you have done to claim a refund, and why it apparently didn't succeed, someone here will probably be able to help you.
