Hello all. I bought a Graphics Card for my brother as a gift around november and only used it on christmas. However, the Graphics card quickly overheats and causes the entire system to crash. I tried contacting the seller and opening a return request but they said they can't take it back because it's after the return period.Nothing on the listing said it was faulty in any way, only that it had been used.If somebody could help me out with this, I'd appreciate it as I don't want to have lost £230 buying something faulty as a christmas gift.
