seller sent wrong item
Summary: diamondsareagirlsbestfriend*123 received a camisole instead of the 9ct gold and diamond earrings they purchased. Although the seller accepted the return request, they demand the earrings be sent back, despite diamondsareagirlsbestfriend*123 never receiving them. The seller claims a shipping issue, referencing Inpost, and disputes the shipping date. john1297576 suggests opening a Not As Described case and using the return label to send back the camisole.
Hi
I need some help
I purchased a pair of 9ct gold and diamond earrings but received a cheap camisole instead.
The buyer accepted my return request but wants the earrings returning but i never received them and i have made her aware of that.
She says she posted the item on 19/9 and not 18/9 but the label states it was held by the vendor on 18th which corresponds with ebay tracking.
The big bar code on the bottom of the label also corresponds with the tracking details on ebay.
she says shes spoken to ebay but i am unable to speak to them .
If i return the camisole she will not refund. where do i stand

Mentor2 weeks agoYou open a Not As Described case, and seller has to provide a return label, and you return what you received.
