Seller sent replacement phone despite return
I bought an iPhone from a reputable seller off ebay. The screen was defective so I opened a return. The next day I shipped it back via the provided label. Two days after it reached them, I received a replacement phone in the mail. I contacted them but no response and opened an ebay case. Ebay ruled in favour of me and processed the refund meanwhile I am sitting with the unsolicited replacement phone. 5 days after letting them know, and 3 days after ebay settled the case, the seller finally responded via ebay messages asking for my email to send a return label. What are my rights here? When I called ebay, they advised they can see I did everything by the book hence why they processed the refund, and that I do not need to do anything else. I told the seller via messages and the actual return request that this was a plain and simple return.
Just wanted to double check I am within my rights to keep it?

Mentor6 months agoNo, you can't keep it.
Ask the seller to email you a pre-paid returns label, they can buy one online.
