Seller sent my item to the wrong place

Has anyone had an issue with a seller sending an item tracked to completely the wrong place but because it says delivered eBay have sided with them and won’t refund me?
I’ve been trying to tell both seller and eBay customer services that I don’t live in London I live in Kent , the seller has sent it to the wrong place.
I’ve raised an appeal against their case decision but I am not holding my breath. I don’t understand what’s so hard to understand.
Luckily it’s only a few quid but I really hate people that steal!
I’ve had an eBay account since it started ( over 2 accounts) and this has really put me off ever buying anything again off this website.
