Seller send me wrong Item, I received ebay took wrong decision against me
I received the item but it was wrong item seller send me I send messages to seller this is not the item I paid for but seller play with me ask me alot of question i reply send picture which I got at the end I open the case but ebay took wrong decision not reading my full messages and close the case not refund me or not ask seller to send the right item. Only they took decision on behalf I received the item. What should I do the seller is not honest person.

Mentor1 week agoIt's hard to offer advice without knowing more clearly what happened.
If an "item not as described" case is correctly opened it is almost certain to succeed, as eBay never sees the item and generally takes the buyer's word against the seller's for faults.
However, if you mistakenly open an "item not received" for an item that was received eBay will automatically close the case if the tracking record confirms delivery. Ditto if you didn't open a case within the 30 day time limit from delivery it will be closed.

Mentor1 week agoSounds like you opened item not received case, if so and seller had proof of delivery, you lose.
Ebay cases are automated, so no human looks at details.

Mentor1 week agoIf you opened an eBay return within 30 days and selected the reason 'Item didn't match description' or 'Received the wrong item' then you should not have lost out here.
