Seller send a refund label outwith eBay , now won’t refund my money
How do I hold a seller accountable for not refunding my money after I sent his faulty goods back to them?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you returned through a proper return case, then if no response from seller you can escalate to ebay after 3 days.
If you did not use the correct ebay procedure, then ebay will not help.
