I BOUGHT A ITEM AND THEN SELLER SAID THEY AWAY FROM OFFICE TILL SEPTEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, I HAVE CANCEL ITEM WAITING FOR THEM NOW FOR 2 WEEKS TO SEND MY MONEY BACK, BEEN WITH EBAY WELL OVER 20 YEARS NOW AND IM LIVID THIS GOES ON,

There is a proper procedure for recording that seller is away, and if followed younwould be aware that there will be a delay in receiving your purchase.

Seller has obviously not used the system, so all you can do is open a Not received case as soon as past the expected delivery date.

Buyers cannot cancel a purchase, only seller can cancel, to get a refund you must open a case.

You might need to open a case for item not received in order to get your refund but you need to wait for the day after the expected delivery date given to you when you paid.
