Seller scamer
Summary: kate302011 reported an issue with a seller on eBay, accusing them of providing false delivery information and scamming them by marking an item as delivered to the wrong postcode. kate302011 expressed disappointment with the seller's actions and eBay's response, requesting a full investigation and a refund. A participant advised contacting eBay Customer Services directly, providing steps to reach an agent for assistance.
The seller is a scammer, providing false information. My ordered item supposedly arrived, but the delivery statement lists a different postcode than the one I registered on eBay. Therefore, the item never arrived, and the seller marked it as delivered after I reported it twice, which can also be verified by the dates. I'm very disappointed with this behavior and with eBay's failure to thoroughly verify the information provided in the statement.
My registered address is BT40 2UF, but the information provided is BT40 3TP. This is not my address, so the package was not delivered. I am requesting a full investigation into this matter and a refund for providing false information or incorrect shipping, which is the seller's responsibility.

Mentor1 week agoIf you get nowhere with ebay speak to your payment provider.
I doubt that this mistake has anything to do with the seller, who no doubt just gives information supplied by Courier.

Contact Customer Services with the evidence you have of a misdirected item, which did not follow the delivery address you have in your eBay account.
It's not easy to contact an agent but go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.
Or use this link, it will bring you to the same spot.
