Seller says they cannot ship second hand motorcycle exhaust from Italy to UK
I purchased a second hand motorcycle exhaust from seller in Italy. Seller provided tracking details. Seller now says the cannot export the item from an European country to a non European country, the UK as they don't have the right documentation, according to their courier. Seller has offered to refund purchase cost, but l would prefer the item. Any help to get the item to me in UK?
