Seller says an item will arrive within a certain time but doesn't post it in time
I bought an item which did not arrive in time even though the seller said that it would. Asked for a partial refund because the delay meant that the item would have to be posted on to Ireland and the seller is saying it is my fault.

Mentor5 months agoThe seller is not obliged to give you a partial refund.
If the item arrived after the expected delivery date you can return it as an item not as described using the money back guarantee, or keep it.
