Seller return label incorrect / Unable for ebay to step in
Hi,
I purchased a TV from a seller which arrived damage so I started a return request which they have accepted. However the return postage label which they sent is only for small items up to 1kg but the TV requires UPS delivery since it weighs over 20kg. I've tried contacting the seller however I'm not getting any replies to resolve the return postage situation. So when I try to find the option for ebay to step in, under "see return details" all does is take me to is the returns label which is useless.
The other issue I have is that I'll be way for 3 weeks in the next couple of days, so is there any way I can keep the dispute open until I return if I cant resolve it soon?
Any help will be greatly appreciated with this.
