Seller reports item damaged in transit with simple delivery is there any way to claim from the courier?
My buyer received damaged item despite well padded packaging. Sent Royal Mail 48 tracked. I have photos showing damage. Simple delivery states she should return for refund from me . It would appear we can no longer claim from RM? Is this the case?

Mentor1 week agoYou cannot claim off Royal Mail, because ebay is responsible for refunding when damaged in transit. Return of damaged items is not required, if it was you as seller would have to pay postage, just more money down the drain.

Mentor1 week agoWhere are you seeing that simple delivery requires the buyer to return the item to you for a refund?

Mentor1 week agoIf SD is used, buyer opens damaged in transit case, ebay refund them and you keep them.
If they opened not as described case, you issue returns label and refund in full on return.
