now as to the length of time its taken with the post office and the seller lying about tracking informaiton ebay say i am not covered as its out of the purchase window of 44 days - this is a disgrace as the item was never received and sent back to the seller with the seller lying to me and saying the tracking information states 'its sat at the depot when its referring to being delivered back to the seller' so increases the dleay and also denies being in receipt of it even though he has received it- then delayed time in receiving messages as 'ebays rules are you have to allow time for the seller to reply' which i did / so time elapsed and now im not covered by ebay when the seller has been dishonest and fraudulent- a total scam and ebay are not supporting me. its DISGUSTING
