Seller provided faulty MacBook charger - not replying to messages
Hi, a seller provided a fault no-name third party charger, it conked out in barely a month, the listing did not mention it doesn't include the original charger or that a third party charger will be provided. The seller is not responding to my multiple messages. How can eBay help?

A charger is a small cost compared to the price of the mac. I'd just buy a new one. You will be well off without the third party charger supplied. We hear of so many cases involving aftermarket chargers damaging the appliance or causing fires.
