Seller protection
Well I've had my first buyer not recognising a transaction. Disputing it with their financial institution. Goods clearly delivered using 48hr tracked. Photo provided.
This scam is on the rise.
I suggest send everything with proof of delivery.

Mentor8 months agoAre you saying that you proved delivery & you didn't have to refund?
If so, this is good.
Often with bank chargeback because it is against ebay, they don't fight it.

OP8 months agoI documented from beginning to end, date of purchase, date of generating postage label - through eBay. Confirmed confirmation of postage - and then attached a photograph of the Royal Mail proof of delivery - box on the door step.
Customer wasn't saying they hadn't received their purchase - they said they didn't recognise the money going out of their account from their bank/credit card statement.
So as I have all the times and proof etc there wasn't much left for them to dispute unless of course someone else had used their bank/card details without telling them . A bit like a child using parents card to buy an X box game!
