Hi there,

I've been selling on eBay for a while now. I've always maintained a high selling standard yet I'm still stuck at the above standard level.

I would like to run promotions on some of my products such as multi buy. however I've not been able to unlock top rated seller yet. I believe this is holding me back from unlocking the feature?

Any advice would be appreciated.

You can't be a Top Rated seller on a private account. That level is only for business accounts.
