Seller Performance
My performance level is below standard. I have tried to improve this but I do not sell much on ebay anymore and so I am finding it difficult to improve it. Ebay said they will put restrictions on my account. I have positive feedback. Any idea of how I can improve this.

Mentor5 months agoWe have no access to your account but check your seller dashboard to see where you low marks are for seller performance.
On the neg and neutral feedback you could have asked Customer Services to remove both, it's too late now unfortunately, as both mention a refund, eBay involvement, this breaks feedback rules, and to ask for any associated defect to be removed too.
Tommyt is correct you have to sell more items this is the only way to dilute that defect percentage.
