Tuesday 18th August I amended my payment details for selling, I was informed this would take 48 hours for security reasons before I could withdraw any funds.
It is now 24th August & I am still getting an error message informing me to change my details.
I have taken a screenshot of this & asked customer service to confirm I have done this correctly to no avail, no response at all.
It feels as I have been discreetly blocked as I am no longer being given the option to access live chat or email.
So frustrating, I need to withdraw funds from my last sale but i'm in limbo.
