Seller paying for postage
Hello, I’m new to selling on eBay but a couple of times now a buyer has paid postage £1.55 however I’ve been charged 3.95 postage label? Am I missing something?

I would have thought the items you sell do not require you to use Simple Delivery as you enter your own postage, so why are you not using your own postage and completely avoiding SD.?
You should use Custom Postage then you do not get Simple Delivery charges.

OP1 month ago · EditedThank you. As I said I’m new to this so was unaware of the options. The letter is currently in transit so I don’t think I can cancel the eBay postage. I sent it Royal Mail.
