Seller paid postage but sent in a parcel buyer had paid postage for
I sold an item and the buyer paid for it and postage with simple postage.
He then wanted another small item so I made it into buyer paid postage so I could include it with original parcel.
Ebay have knocked the postage off his payment and want me to buy postage for it.
How do I reclaim postage back from EBay?

Mentor6 months agoIf you did use free delivery and included the second item in the "buyer pays postage" parcel you can cancel the seller paid postage label here:
