SELLER OFFERED REFUND £17.97 FOR 3 BRACELETS NOT AS DESCRIBED, NOW NOT ANSWERING ,
I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR A SILVER BRACELET , SAME NIGHT I ORDERED 5 MORE ITEMS FROM SAME SELLER, WHICH CONSISTED OF I MORE OF THE SAME BRACELET, PLUS A WOMANS BRACELET TOTALING £17.97 arrived in two different orders, all 3 bracelets were not as described, seller apologised offering part refund, I refused said I will contact eBay , he then offered full refund if I put in a refund request , which I did , I asked if the full refund was for all 3 bracelets , now he is not replying, eBay auto help useless just keeps me going round in circles, the seller does NOT want a return of items as stated in his messages to my iPhone. ebay auto generised help, is as helpful as a brick wall , just keeps me going round in circles , im severely disabled with only one working fingers , I think seller is wasting time so he can use time as a means of not giving me my refunds paid seller on 27 November, please help as I cant handle this anymore ,ive been an eBay member for 20 years, and sadly will have to use another site to buy and sell, i'm nearly 80 years old,ebay dosen't have enough options,

·7 months agoYou are probably out of time to open a return on Ebay for your items.
You can only start return cases for items within 30 days of receipt. As you paid at the end of November, I am guessing you have left it too late.
As soon as you receive items which are not right, you should start a return case.
Don't message the seller any more.
Go to your bank or payment source to get a refund.
