Mentor3 weeks agoIf your purchase is not covered by eBay's money back guarantee the next step is to see whether PayPal or your payment provider e.g credit or debit card issuer can help.
As you haven't told us what the item is, when you bought it or even whether it didn't arrive or isn't as described, it's impossible to offer more detailed advice.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf it's a ' non physical' item, say a code, then it will not be covered by eBay's MBG, Money Back Guarantee.
