Whether your offer is accepted or you pay full price you will be covered by eBay's money back guarantee - provided of course that the guarantee aplies to the item you're buying and you comply with the conditions and time limits correctly in opening any case.

Mentor4 months agoSome sellers don't accept or reject offers. If they don't want to accept they just let them expire. If you want the item you might have to pay full price.
