Seller not responding to messages regarding collection of bought item | Member To Member Support

I paid for an item immediately after winning the auction and opted for collection, sending a friendly message. The seller has not responded to this message or three further messages. I have a qr code but no idea where to collect. After waiting 4 days, I tried to cancel the order but this was unsuccessful. What should my next step be? I will have to source another item quickly as this was a Christmas gift. Thanks for any advice given.
