Seller not responding to faulty item ferund
I have made a purchase from one of these chinese companies but the item is faullty.
They offered a partial refund only,
I have requested a refund or replacement but they have not responded and now the refund request has been closed.
What do i do, Please help, E bays website is so unhelpfull,

Mentor3 weeks agoYou needed to escalate to ebay before the case timed out. They won't help now.
