Seller not responding or posting my item after a week

I ordered a tracksuit last week the seller was quick enough to reply to my messages now ibe paid can't get intouch with them doesnt look like items been posted yet I have messaged the seller twice but no reply. And a few people havent been happy looking at reviews someone thinks its a scam profile

Check the estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
