Seller not repsonding to Warranty claim
Hi all,
I sent a message to a seller on the 30th day after my item was purchased and as I began to experience a problem. I had a few replies from them and a handful of auto-replies but trying to resolve this under the 5-year warranty is not progressing.
Where do I stand with this?
The item was a £109.89 catalytic convertor for my car with a 5-year warrany. Purchase date 29 August, Delivered 30th August, first message to seller 30th September.

Mentor8 months agoToo late to take action under eBay's within 30 day Money Back Guarantee --- Contact your Bank/Card issuer for further advice and/or Citizens Advice if the Seller is a Business dealer.
