Hi all

I'm having issue with a seller who isn't replying to my messages. I ordered an LPG boiler back in March this year and since setting it up to use in April it's just not heating the water and turns off after 15 minutes of use and will do this repeatedly bearing in mind this isn't something I use everyday to which the 30 day money back guarantee flew past. It's meant to come with 2 years warranty. I've tried contacting the company details from the sellers advert and get no response. The seller will not reply to my messages. Ebay doesn't want to know either.

I dont know where to go from here. Has anyone had these issues?

Any help would be appreciated
