Mentor3 weeks agoeBay cannot force a seller to reply to a member's request.
What is it you are trying to ask the seller to do, we can advise.
To add, if you are asking them to cancel a sale you have made, it's not mandatory for them to do so.

OP3 weeks agoThe seller is wanting to give me 80% of my money back on an item that's not as described and way too small and said its going to cost him more for postage than what his item is worth it's not my fault he sent me wrong item and refusing to take it back ?

Mentor3 weeks agoDid you open a proper not as described case as that gets a full refund?
If you just dealt by messages, then you are letting the seller make their own rules.

OP3 weeks agoYes I've just did this now John told ebay got sent an item by seller not as described and about our conversion we had he has 5 days to reply back to me before ebay step in YES I felt like seller was pressurising me with his item anyway it's sorted now and thanks for your reply my friend 🙂👍
