I have purchased an item that was listed with a 15 year warranty, this item has now become faulty after 8 months. I contacted the seller who responded with a holding email and now dispite emailing numerous times, they are not responding to me at all. As its over the 30 day money guarantee Ebay are not supporting me at all. This seller needs to be reported for false advertising.
