Seller not despatched item
Received this from a seller i ordered from, originally said despatched 27th dec, then promised it would be here this week nothing arrived so started a case with ebay asking for refund and had this-
Dear customer delivery is booked for Wednesday 14th and there was a delay due to bad weather. However in order to proceed with delivery please close the case and once case is closed please notify us.'
This sounds completely wrong so I just replied asking to refund, the case doesn't need to be closed for them to deliver sounds like a scam what do you think?

Mentor7 months agoI assume you have opened a not received case, if so and it has been open for more than 3 days, just escalate to ebay now.
Excuse about bad weather may be correct, but request to close case is not, as once closed it cannot be reopened.

Mentor7 months agoTotally agree. Do not close the case. You have 21 working days to escalate it to ebay so plenty of time to allow the item to arrive.

OP7 months agoThanks that's what I thought, I just want a refund now as I lost all confidence in the seller so will push for that, thanks again.
