Seller not collected delivery

Question

Hi all, new ish to eBay but I ordered and item but it was poor quality so returned. The seller never accepted the delivery and was sat in the post office, uncollected and then returned to me.

I believe this was done to by pass the system to not refund me and now eBay say the case is closed, what can I do and there seem no way to contact eBay direct. Any help appreciated.

What reason did you use for returning, as in most cases attempted delivery is adequate for ebay to accept. Did not accept, implies that delivery was attempted.

All you can do is try to contact ebay which is not easy these days. Click on help at top of page and type in agent until you get through to someone. Good luck.
