Seller never sent but I can’t get a refund

I have purchased paint from a seller and they included buyer protection.

The item was never sent, I chased it and they return the postage.. I never looked at the time and thought I’d had a refund.

Now is over 30 day eBay will do nothing. The buyer protection is worth nothing.

One can see why Amazon is doing well.

Come on eBay help us and do your duty

Buyer protection is good, it is up to you as a buyer to know that the 30 day money back guarantee, means 30 days.

You could try your payment provider. However the rules with ebays money back gaurantee are strict - eg 30 days.
