i purchased a printer that was declared working but ribbon was missing i initiated return based on same statement but he asked me to change reason and i couldnt find option to change return i just wanted my money back now i cant initiate a new return request

Did you close the return case?

Then, you cannot open another.

You can ask Customer Service if they could reopen a case for you as the seller told you to change / close it, obviously incorrectly.

Unfortunately, CS currently has no Call Back option so you will ' speak' to an automated chat bot. You may not receive a positive response if so, your only redress for a refund would be through your payment provider.
