seller messing around with posting
Summary: alquinn1994 ordered cupboards with a promised 2-3 day delivery, which actually stated up to 10 working days in the fine print. After no communication from the seller and sourcing the items elsewhere due to urgency, the seller shipped the items late, without prior notice. alquinn1994 wonders if they must accept the delivery and if they'll be entitled to a refund from eBay. *vyolla* inquires about the latest estimated delivery date, which was July 2nd.
i order some made cupboards that stated 2-3 day delivery in the description it said allow up to 10 working days it went past the ten working days messaged seller to see how long it was going to be no response after 4 days still so put in request for cancelation another 3 days went buy still nothing during this time sourced from somewhere else as need urgently and now today seller has just posted out and never contacted my any point since buying. Where do i stand with this. I'm so annoyed do i have to accept the delivery will eBay take my side and say i can return for a refund ? anyone experienced anything like this before and can offer advice?

Mentor3 weeks agoIs your seller a UK registered business seller? I'm assuming that they are if they're making furniture to order.
